Where traditional AI features are reactive, agentic AI is proactive: a VOB Agent verifies benefits across payer portals, an alumni follow-up agent reaches out post-discharge, an authorizations assistant builds UR reports from chart data. Each agent is a specific named capability rather than a generic chat interface.
