Yes. Navix Labs prints the requisition and the specimen labels on one integrated sheet, so the facility that collects the specimen and the partner lab that receives it use the same Integrated Forms IF1004 stock.

Does Navix sell the paper?

No. Order it directly from Integrated Forms using the link on this page. Navix does not mark it up or handle shipping. If the link ever stops working, email support@navixhealth.com and we will send the current one.

Do I need special printer settings?

No. The sheet prints correctly on default printer settings. Load it with the labels at the bottom edge and print the requisition from Navix as usual. If the labels come out misaligned, something in the print dialog was changed from the default, usually scaling or page size. Reset to defaults and print again. If it still drifts, email support@navixhealth.com with a photo of the printed sheet.
