Navix Launch · End-to-end service

We run the project. You open the doors.

Navix Launch is the managed engagement that takes a behavioral health treatment center from concept through opening and first accreditation survey. Our head of compliance leads it. Our contracted consultant network — licensing experts, accreditation specialists, payer credentialing teams, clinical program designers — spans every US state. Then Navix EMR + CRM goes liveas the operational layer you keep running after we're gone.

Navix Launch

How Navix Launch works

Most operators opening a treatment center end up running the project themselves, on top of trying to learn behavioral health healthcare regulation and recruit clinical leadership at the same time. The result is predictable: timelines slip 6+ months, the licensing package gets rejected once or twice, accreditation prep gets crammed into the last 60 days, and the first 90 days of operations are chaos.

Navix Launch is the alternative. Navix leads the project. Our head of compliance owns the project plan from kickoff through your first accreditation survey. They stay with you through every milestone — licensing application, accreditation prep, payer credentialing, soft open, first audit, first survey.

We extend the team with specialists from our contracted consultant network. Licensing experts in your specific state with active working relationships at the licensing agency. Accreditation-preparation leads who've taken multiple programs through CARF and Joint Commission. Payer credentialing teams who know the regional commercial payers and Medicaid MCOs. Facility and zoning consultants. Clinical program designers.

The consultants are contracted, not Navix employees— we're explicit about that. The advantage is that you get deep, in-lane specialists rather than generalists. The Navix side is the project management, the compliance leadership, the deliverable accountability, and the software layer that the operation runs on after launch.

FAQ

The questions operators actually ask.

How do I get in touch?

Email launch@navixhealth.com to start the conversation. That mailbox is monitored by the head of compliance — the person who will lead your engagement if it moves forward. We'll set up a 45-minute scoping call to understand your scope, state, target levels of care, and timeline. At the end of that call you'll know exactly what your project looks like and what it costs.

How long does a Navix Launch engagement run?

Most engagements run 8–14 months from kickoff through first survey. Simpler scopes (a single outpatient program in a friendly state) wrap closer to 6 months; complex scopes (multi-program licensed facility in a difficult state) extend to 14+ months. Pricing is fixed per phase, not hourly.

Who actually does the work?

Navix's head of compliance owns the project plan and is your primary contact throughout. We bring in specialists from our contracted consultant network for state-specific licensing, payer credentialing, accreditation prep, clinical program design, and facility/zoning work. The consultants are contracted, not Navix employees — but Navix manages the engagement and the deliverable cadence.

Do I have to use Navix EMR after launch?

Practically yes — the operational workflow is built around Navix, the policies and procedures reference Navix-native workflows, and the post-launch support contract includes Navix software. We can theoretically deliver against a different EMR but the cost and risk go up materially. Almost no one chooses that path.

What does it cost?

Pricing is scope-dependent. A single-program facility in a typical state runs in the low-to-mid six figures for the full A-to-Z engagement, plus your Navix software subscription. Multi-state, multi-program, or detox-inclusive scopes run higher. We quote per project after a scoping call.

What if I already have part of this in place?

Navix Launch unbundles by phase. If your entity is formed, your real estate is set, and you just need licensing + accreditation + technology, we engage on those phases only. We don't charge for work you don't need.

Do you work outside the US?

Today, no. Our consultant network is US-only and our compliance program is built around US federal and state regulation. We've turned down international engagements where we couldn't deliver to standard.
