CoBHRM went live July 1, 2026, unifying five legacy data sets into one client-centric model. This guide covers what changed and what to confirm with your BHASO.
Last verified: 2026-08-19The checklist.
- Understand what CoBHRM replaced: CCAR, DACODS, ACT, FEP, and Special Connections
- Submit CoBHRM data through the Treatment Management System (TMS)
- Get your submission specifications from your BHASO (RMHP in Region 1, Signal in Regions 2-4)
- Separate your two tracks: Medicaid through your RAE, non-Medicaid through your BHASO
- Enroll with HCPF and contract/credential with your RAE for Medicaid billing
- Bill against the current State Behavioral Health Services Billing Manual edition
- Validate that your data maps cleanly to the new CoBHRM interface in early cycles
