Michigan's Framework is rolling out in stages through 2026 and 2027. This tracker separates what is live now from what is planned, so you prepare without acting on a date that has not landed.

- Live now: incorporate LOCUS (adults) and MichiCANS (youth) for MHP dates of service on/after October 1, 2025
- Bill assessments per MMP 26-01: MichiCANS H0002 + 7Y, LOCUS H0031 + WX
- Track CHAMPS enrollment changes for limited-license providers (Rendering-Only association)
- Planned FY2027 (from October 1, 2026): the BH-COVER benefit flag — treat as planned, not live
- Route claims correctly across the dual track: PIHP for specialty, Medicaid Health Plan for mild-to-moderate
- For CCBHCs: keep cost-report and quality data current — it drives your PPS-1 rate
- Verify each milestone with MDHHS, since the rollout continues to move month to month
