ProviderConnect NX
ProviderConnect NX (PCNX) is the web interface LA County uses for its behavioral health information systems, communicating in real time with the county's underlying record. For the Department of Mental Health, PCNX writes through to Avatar NX and is the mandatory interface for contracted Legal Entity providers to submit admissions, financial eligibility, diagnosis, authorizations, and concurrent review. It is also the platform Sage runs on for the SUD side.
