Sage (LA County SAPC)

Sage is the substance use information system for Los Angeles County's Substance Abuse Prevention and Control division (SAPC), running on the ProviderConnect NX platform. All SUD providers contracted with LA County must use Sage, either as Primary Users, where Sage is their EHR, or as Secondary Users, who run their own EHR and submit 837P/837I claim files to Sage built to SAPC's companion guides.
