Can’t find your facility’s login URL?
Navix Hub credentials and your facility’s login link are issued by your organization’s internal Navix administrator — not from this site. Here’s the fastest way to get back in:

Your login URL was sent when your account was created, and is usually bookmarked on your work device.

Ask your facility’s Navix admin
Every facility has an internal Navix administrator who can resend your URL and sign-in details — the quickest route for most staff.

Login questions
- How do I log in to Navix Health?
- It depends on the product. Navix AI is at app.navix.ai. Navix Partners is at navixpartners.com. Navix Hub — the facility EMR — does not have a public login page: each facility logs in at a private URL issued by its own Navix administrator. If you don't have your URL, ask your facility's Navix admin or email support@navixhealth.com.
- I don't know my Navix login URL. How do I find it?
- Your facility's Navix Hub login URL was sent in your welcome email and is typically bookmarked on your work device. If you can't find it, your facility's internal Navix administrator can resend it. You can also email support@navixhealth.com or call (855) 490-1982 and our team will route you to the right place.
- I forgot my Navix password.
- Use the 'Forgot password' link on your facility's login page to reset it. If you can't reach your login page or the reset doesn't arrive, contact your facility's Navix administrator, or email support@navixhealth.com for help with account recovery.
- Why isn't there one Navix login page for everyone?
- Navix Hub credentials and login URLs are issued per facility for security and data isolation — each treatment center has its own private environment. Navix AI and Navix Partners do have shared sign-in pages at app.navix.ai and navixpartners.com respectively.
