CMHSP
A Community Mental Health Services Program is a county-based public entity in Michigan that delivers behavioral health services within a Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan's regional network. PIHPs hold the Medicaid risk and manage the network; CMHSPs deliver the services under the PIHP. Providers on the specialty behavioral health track enroll and bill through Michigan's CHAMPS system.
